Terms of Use for Arrow Flow

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Arrow Flow (the "App"), provided by Mohit Patel ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
Use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits, or otherwise tamper with the App's intended operation or saved data;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, hint packs) and virtual items such as hints.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under their terms.
Virtual items (such as hints) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-transferable. They are licensed to you for use within the App only.
Consumable items (such as hint packs) are used up as you play and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law or Apple's policies.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any in-app item or feature at any time. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items resulting from such changes, from deleting the App, or from loss of your device.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising provided through third parties (including Google AdMob). Ads may be shown as banners, full-screen interstitials, and optional rewarded ads. Your interactions with ads are subject to the advertiser's and ad provider's own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and your choices.

5. Game Progress and Data

Your game progress is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced via Apple iCloud. We do not operate accounts or servers and cannot recover, restore, or transfer progress on your behalf. Loss of progress may occur if you delete the App, sign out of iCloud, or reset your device. We are not responsible for any such loss.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, audio, level mechanics, and the "Arrow Flow" name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 1, no rights are granted to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–8) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (State of Karnataka), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
