Privacy Policy for Arrow Flow

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mohit Patel ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Arrow Flow (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We built Arrow Flow to be privacy-friendly: you do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other contact details. Most of your data never leaves your device except as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

None. Arrow Flow has no sign-up, no login, and no profile. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media information.

Game data stored on your device (and your iCloud)

The App stores your gameplay data so your progress is saved:

This data is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, is synced through Apple's iCloud so your progress follows you across your devices and survives a reinstall. This sync is tied silently to your device's iCloud account — we never see it, and it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not operate our own servers or accounts.

Information collected automatically for advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob and its partners may collect:

This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google's How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

2. How Information Is Used

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Advertising, Tracking, and Your Consent

Arrow Flow shows banner, interstitial (full-screen), and rewarded (opt-in) ads via Google AdMob.

Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On first launch, iOS may ask whether you allow the App to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the App still works fully — you'll simply see non-personalized ads instead of personalized ones. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

Consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, as required by GDPR and Google's EU User Consent Policy. You may grant, decline, or manage your choices, and you can revisit them at any time.

Reset your advertising identifier

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, hint packs). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple handles billing and shares only confirmation of a completed purchase with the App.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data:

To make a request or ask a question, contact us at mohitpatel.dev@gmail.com.

6. Data Retention

Game data persists on your device (and your iCloud) until you delete the App or reset your progress within it; iCloud data is retained per your iCloud account settings. Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Arrow Flow is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, contact us at mohitpatel.dev@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data stored on your device. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Because advertising is provided by Google, information collected for ads may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers under its policies.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on these third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
